We start with composite carpentry structures for our work using raw materials from qualified and certified suppliers/steel mills. Carpentry structures are composed and welded with qualified operators and welding specifications.

Components are made with state-of-the-art machinery, enabling high precision and quality workmanship.

STEP 1

CONSULTATION AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF DRAWINGS WITH THE CUSTOMER

During the interview with the customer, based on his needs we make a feasibility analysis and define the timeline.

STEP 2

INTERNAL DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING

The customer’s order is taken over by the production department, where the creation of bills of materials for production cycles takes place.

PRODUCTION

Work planning and product development.

STEP 4

TECHNICAL AND QUALITATIVE VERIFICATION AND RELEASE OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

Once processing is completed, qualitative and technical verification is done and technical documentation and, where required, certifications related to the product’s country of destination (ASME, PED, RTN) are issued.

TRANSPORT ORGANIZATION

Machining

Realization of metal carpentry projects carried out through specific machining techniques in the area of sheet metal and tubular metal.

TURNING: Realization of semi-finished components and finished products on CNC vertical and frontal lathes with C-axis and motorized Milling axis (D-MAX 6500 Height 3800)

MILLING: Fabrication of semi-finished components and finished products on Milling-Boring Machines (D-max 14000 h4500)

THERMAL TREATMENT: cycles of heat treatments to improve the technological and mechanical properties of the component.

At the conclusion of the production cycle, surface finishing processes are carried out

SANDBLASTING: Accurate and non-invasive metal blasting to obtain surfaces more suitable for subsequent processing

MICROPALLINATING: Surface treatment to improve surface tension and resistance to fatigue and deformation, by means of violently cast microspheres.

PAINTING: Industrial spray painting by observing the highest quality standards

ZINCING: Application of a zinc coating on the component to protect it from corrosive phenomena
